Everything is outstanding, I really enjoyed good-sized room and excellent location. Marvellous view of sea. Perfect breakfast, hospitable service. Walking distance to the lovely beach. They have cool beverages in the beer bar.

location was very pretty and staff were amazing. i was upgraded to an absolutely great standard queen room. absolutely superb view, excellent choice of cereal, coffee, fruit and toast at the full english breakfast. pool was lovely, i enjoyed it.

Location near the beach was marvellous. Also, we could visit manning's amusement park, it was 5 minutes' drive away. A large restaurant was a definite bonus...

For dinner we visited Anatolia Restaurant, set only 500 m away. Stay there and enjoy your Felixstowe holiday.
